16.1 The criteria used to determine the period of storage of your personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract.

The display advertising partner, then enable us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with our website. Our CCTV system may capture vehicle number plates, but this information is only retained in a secure location for 28 days before being overwritten. Where necessary any CCTV footage may be shared with the authorities for law enforcement purposes and any footage or images may be used to exercise and defend our legal rights.
